We also complete the work after offering a free 30 minute consultation to make sure that the client and ourselves are fully aware of what work needs to be undertaken. We agree what needs to be completed along with an upfront price. Should any additional work need to be completed then we would always contact the client making sure they are fully aware of any additional costs that will incur.
